The word Homeopathy comes from the Greek ‘homeo’ meaning similar and ‘pathos’ meaning suffering. A good example can be seen in the treatment of insomnia. Treatment with this principle, would be to give a minute dose of a substance, such as coffee, which in large quantities would cause sleeplessness in a healthy person. Homeopathic remedies with this small dose would result in a natural sleep.

YOUR FIRST CONSULTATION
Your first appointment will take one hour, you will be asked detailed questions about yourself, your condition, and medical and family history. A complete picture is taken of your state of health, considering personality traits, lifestyle, environmental factors, major life events, emotional state, sleep, history of disease patterns within your family. After careful consideration, you will be given a prescription of medicine that most closely matches your unique pattern of symptoms, and advice on how to take it.
With acute illness, homeopathic treatment can be rapid and effective after one appointment. Other chronic conditions may improve over a few months requiring several appointments, depending on the length and severity of the condition.
I have over 16 years experience in treating adults, children and babies with a wide variety of conditions such as arthritis, asthma, allergies, anxiety, back pain, cystitis, depression, all digestive complaints, candida, epilepsy, earache/glue ear, eye problems, insomnia, teething, hay fever, styes, migraine headaches, ME, sinusitis, skin conditions such as warts, thrush/fungal infections, varicose veins, psoriasis and eczema. Women’s hormone related ailments such as PMT, menopause, problems after giving birth, and many more conditions. Also everyday complaints like common colds, sore throats and persistent coughs.
Follow up consultations are 45 minutes - 1 hour and are usually every four to six weeks until the person improves. Acute consultations are usually 30 minutes.

The fee charged includes the prescription of Homeopathic medicines . All medicines will be posted out by royal mail first class post after your consultation.
